Chance holds an MBA from Southeast Missouri State University and remains active in the community. He is a member of the Cape Noon Lions Club and serves on the boards of Friends of St. Francis and the Chateau Girardeau Retirement Community.
He lives in Jackson, Missouri with his wife, Jennifer, and their three children. When he's not in the office, you can find him on the golf course, at the gym, or outdoors making memories with his family.
